These SMS Terms explain how the Ergon Systems lead replies text message program works. Ergon Systems is a sole proprietorship run by Benjamin Schultz in the Temecula Valley, California.
Program Description
The Ergon Systems lead replies program sends text messages to people who have contacted Ergon Systems or asked us to reach them. Messages may include:
- replies to your inquiries, such as your free audit request, a message you sent, or a call to our number that we missed; and
- appointment-related messages, such as booking links, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
We do not send texts to people who haven’t contacted us first or agreed to receive them.
How You Opt In
You can opt in by checking the optional text message consent box on our free audit form, or by texting or calling us first and asking us to follow up by text. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Ergon Systems at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
Message Frequency and Cost
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and any appointments you book.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t get further texts unless you opt in again. You can also email benschultz@ergonsystems.com to opt out.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and isn’t guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
