Proof first.
A free audit before any price. You see the leak before you pay to fix it.
In Greek, ergon means work: the job done, and done right. That’s the whole idea behind this business.
I grew up in the Temecula Valley, so seeing local businesses here thrive matters to me personally. My background is in cybersecurity and enterprise AI strategy, so every system I build is locked down before it goes live. I started Ergon Systems to help with a problem that’s easy to fix and expensive to ignore: customers who reach out and never get an answer.
Contractors and gym owners in this valley are good at what they do. They’re also busy doing it. When the phone rings mid-job or a message comes in after close, there’s usually nobody free to respond, and that customer goes somewhere else.
I don’t start with a price. I start with a free Revenue Leak Audit. I check how your calls, forms, and follow-up actually work, and I show you where customers are slipping away. If it’s worth fixing, I tell you what I’d fix and what it costs. You keep the findings either way.
Then I build the system and secure it myself. I only ask for the access the job needs, your customer data stays in your own accounts, and nothing goes live until it’s been tested and security-reviewed. After that, I keep it running.
The goal isn’t to replace your team with a robot. It’s to stop good opportunities from disappearing before your team can close them. Every system I set up is built around that: fast first response, a clean handoff to a real person, and nothing that runs without the owner being able to see it.
A free audit before any price. You see the leak before you pay to fix it.
You’ll always know what’s running, what it costs, and why.
Your customers, your accounts, your conversations. Turn it off anytime.
I only access what I need, and every system gets a security review before it goes live.
Every system gets tested before launch and checked every month after. If something breaks, I fix it.
I grew up in the Temecula Valley, and Ergon Systems serves Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, and Lake Elsinore. I know this area and the businesses that keep it running, so seeing them thrive here matters to me personally.
